| Booking
Policy |
|
| A deposit of 50% of the tour price is payable
on confirmation of your reservation. The balance of your tour
cost is payable not later than 30 days prior to your arrival. We
reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which the total
amount has not been paid before the agreed date. Should tours be
booked less than 30 days prior to departure, we expect full
payment within 72 hours. |

| Cancellation
Policy |
|
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your
booking you will be liable for a cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing and can be faxed through
to this office whilst the original letter is being mailed. A
cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit is payable if bookings
are cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, and the full
deposit will be forfeited if bookings are cancelled less than 30
days before arrival. The cancellation will take effect upon
request of cancellation in this office. |

| All transactions will be processed in South
African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments and on
request will supply our banking details should you wish to make
payment via EFT or Direct Deposit.
