Depart
from OR Tambo International Airport for a short
orientation tour of Johannesburg pointing out
highlights of the city center.
We then depart to Lesedi Cultural Village,
Gauteng’s most exciting showcase of African
culture. The village comprises an Ndebele craft
market, surrounded by four traditional villages:
Xhosa, Zulu, Pedi and Sotho. Guests are welcomed
in true African style by the Families of Lesedi.
Enjoy a lunch experience and the boma evening
experience. Overnight in unusual themed African
accommodation.

| Day 2 |

After
an early breakfast we depart to where it all
began, Shakaland. The greatest Zulu experience in
Africa. We travel to Kwa Zulu Natal through towns
like Vrede and Newcastle to Dundee for lunch.
After lunch we depart to Shakaland to reach it
late afternoon. After viewing a fascinating audio
visual on the life of the great King Shaka, you
spend your evening around the campfire savoring
home-brewed tshwala, while being entertained with
song and dances. Overnight in thatched
beehive-shaped huts.

the day learning more about the Zulu nation and
relax next to the swimming pool overlooking the
Entembeni hills. Overnight at Shakaland.
