Passport & Visas |

| A valid passport is required for all tours and safaris. Depending on your tour
and nationality You may require visas for certain countries you will
travel through. Please ensure you posses all relevant documents before
traveling with Mmhala Tours and Safari's. |

| Insurance |
 |
| All tourists are advised to purchase the following insurance: Protection
against cancellation charges, personal accident, medical expenses
and loss of baggage. |

| Pre & Post Tour Accommodation |
 |
| Accommodation can be organized for before and after your tour.
The tour generally begin and end at the airport. Booking in for the
night prior to departure has the advantage of enabling our passengers
to meet one another and be on site for the early morning pick up.
Booking in after your tour avoids a rush to meet flight times on
your last day and most groups enjoy a meal together, even though
the tour has finished.

| Joining instructions, detailing the location of
departure and arrival points, will be included in your "Tour Confirmation Voucher".
This is issued on receipt of full payment.

| Trip Questionnaire |
 |
| In order to maintain a good standard of service, we request that
passengers take a few moments of their time to complete an evaluation
questionnaire at the end of their tour. Feedback and comments are
always appreciated.

| Weather |
 |
| Spring is from August to October with comfortable
temperatures, but chilly after sunset. During winter, from May
to July, days are
usually sunny but the nights are cold. Snow regularly falls on the
Western and Eastern Cape mountains. Summer, November to February, temperatures
are high, sometimes unbearable in the Northern Cape and Northern Province.
The humidity in Kwa Zulu Natal can be very high indeed. Always apply
sun block, even on cloudy days. |

| Health |

| Please make sure that you receive all relevant vaccinations
and inoculations. All passengers traveling in the Northern sector
of
South Africa should take a course of anti-malaria tablets as prescribed. |

| What to Bring |
 |
| Comfortable walking shoes a must as well as a warm
jacket. Binoculars, Camera and ample films for the camera, hat
and sunscreen as well
as swimming clothes. |

| Guided Self-drive Tours |
 |
| In
addition to our normal tours, we now offer guided self-drive tours
to Namibia, Botswana and
in
and around South Africa. We will be your guide during your tour with
us. It will be a camping tour and participants should
be
fully equipped with 4x4 (4x2 welcome) and camping equipment. We can
accommodate a minimum of 5 vehicles 10 Persons
and
maximum of 8 vehicles 16 Persons.

make friends.
We supply radios for communication during the

| Travelling Distances |

| All our tours aim to show you as many attractions as possible within
a short time. Some tours cover greater distances than other so be
prepared for some long traveling days.

| No smoking in vehicles, for the comfort of every
one, ample opportunity will be allowed for smokers. |
